Peace of Mind I

Rehearsal + Ceremony Only
One Pre-Planning Meeting, Ceremony Order, Schedule of Events and  Vendor Confirmations
Many times a ceremony location (i.e. gazebo, lawn, garden, church, museum, private residence or other venue) requires or does not provide a coordinator to handle the ceremony.  Wonderful Weddings & Events will have one our experienced coordinators run the rehearsal and the ceremony and confirm the vendors. The coordinator will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony, will set up all ceremony related elements, cue the ceremony and will stay until the last guest leaves the ceremony location. This package does not include set up or attendance at the wedding reception.

Rehearsal, Ceremony + Reception Set-Up
Two Pre-Planning Meetings, Ceremony Order, Schedule of Events, Vendor and Venue Confirmations, Vendor Payment Schedule, To-Do’s Checklist
This package is ideal if you have hired a Caterer or Hotel and they are handling the wedding reception but you need assistance with running your ceremony and keeping to a time line for the wedding day.  The Wedding Planner will assist you with running the rehearsal, the ceremony and most importantly, prepare a ceremony order and schedule of events.  The week prior the Wedding Planner will confirm the wedding vendors and email the documents to all your vendors, catering manager and band/DJ to keep your wedding on schedule and running smooth. The Wedding Planner will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony, will set up all ceremony and reception related elements and are with you until the wedding party is introduced and the meal is served. Note: If the reception is at a different property than the ceremony, then an associate will be included to assist the Wedding Planner.

This most popular package is ideal if you have booked your ceremony location, your wedding reception venue, the caterer and most of all your other vendors (i.e. florist, band/DJ, photographer, transportation) and you need a wedding planner to pull it all together. The Wedding Planner will sit with you and start the planning process by utilizing our experienced worksheets, an on line planning e-tool and our knowledge.  A time line and schedule of events is created and a review of the vendor payment schedules.  Prior to the wedding day we confirm with all the vendors and distribute the schedule of events, photography and transportation schedules and run the rehearsal.  On the wedding day a Wedding Planner and one associate will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony and are with you until the last guest leaves the reception. They are the point of contact for all vendors and the catering manager on your wedding day. They will handle checking on and assisting the wedding party, confirming the arrivals of the vendors, setting out all the wedding related items for the day, keeping the day on schedule all the way to the wedding couple departure and packing up of the wedding related items.

This full planning package is ideal if you need assistance planning your wedding from design to debut. With our years of experience, the Wedding Planner will help you navigate and narrow down the hundreds of choices of wedding venues and vendors in each category based on your design elements, personal criteria, budget and preferences.  The Wedding Planner will give you a solid plan to find and hire all your vendors as well as create and maintain your wedding budget, vendor payment schedule, wedding time line, wedding theme and schedule of events, and also assist with your ceremony and reception diagram and room layout.  The Wedding Planner and one associate will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony and are with you until the last guest leaves the reception. On the wedding day, they are overseeing all the vendor load-ins and ensuring your design elements as envisioned are exactly executed, checking on and assisting the wedding party, cuing the ceremony, setting up all wedding related items and keeping to the schedule of events and timeline all the way through the wedding couple departure finale, packing of wedding related items and overseeing the vendor load outs.  The Wedding Planner will guide you, assist you and share unlimited knowledge and full access to wedding resources, tips and suggestions.

The Opulence package has a few extra important elements which sets it above and beyond the other packages. These extra elements include most importantly, the Venue/Vendor recommendations as well as accompaniment on all appointments with a private driver and vehicle provided by VIP Wedding Transportation.  Once the venue and vendors are selected and booked, the Wedding Planner attends all your important meetings such as the floral table top presentation, menu tasting, tie down meetings as well as coordinates the welcome bags to all the hotels your guests will be staying at.  The Wedding Planner and one associate will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony and are with you until the last guest leaves the reception. This package is custom designed for a wedding “reception only” or for any other type of special occasion such as a Holiday Party, Company Picnic, Product Launch, Birthday Celebration, Quinceanera or Bar/Bat Mitzvah, etc.  Whether you are a wedding couple, a parent or designated Event Chairman, you need a point person for the day to be on site to answer all questions and changes from set-up to tear down. The Event Planner will start with organizing the vendors, create a Schedule of Events and most importantly, take the stress off you so you can be the best host or hostess and spend time with your guests on the event day – worry free! The Event Planner and one associate will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the event, will set up all the event related elements and are with you until the last guest leaves.
